(the “Effective Date”), between 3 Pie Squared LLC (the “Company”) and (“Participant”) (collectively, the “Parties”). 

WHEREAS, Participant has agreed to participate in a webinar and/or podcast with the Company regarding continuing education in ABA.  

WHEREAS, the interview will be recorded and may be used by the Company for sale, marketing, and other media content related purposes. 

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, and for other good and valuable consideration,
the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Parties, intending legally to be bound, agree as follows: 

1. Consent to Participation.  Participant consents to the voluntarily participation in a webinar and/or podcast with the Company.
   The Participant’s interview will be recorded and any recording work will be considered work-for-hire. As such, the recorded interview
   will be the sole property of the Company. 

2. Consideration.  In consideration of the interview performed by the Participant, Company will make a blog with any links relevant links to social media or websites for time spent participating in the live recording of the webinar or podcast.  

3. Release. Participant and his or her successors, heirs, representatives (personal or otherwise), assigns, administrators, executors and
   family members (all collectively the “Releasing Parties”), do hereby agree to a full and final general ownership release of all property,
   both intellectual and tangible, created as a result of this Agreement, with respect to the Company as the rightful owners of such property.
   This includes claims that may later develop or be discovered, but are not now known or anticipated at this time. This release of all property
   Company refers to their affiliated, parent and subsidiary entities, including, and each and all of their respective predecessors, successors,
   assigns, affiliates, representatives (personal or otherwise), and any and all of their past or present officers, directors, members, managers,
   shareholders, general partners, limited partners, employees and agents (each and all of such parties are collectively the “Released Parties”) 

4. Governing Law; Jurisdiction; Venue.  This Agreement will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the
   Commonwealth of Virginia without reference or regard to the conflicts of law rules thereof. Any action stemming from this Agreement must be
   pursued in a court of competent jurisdiction within the Commonwealth of Virginia. 

5. Entire Agreement.  This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the Parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement and
   supersedes all other such prior written or oral agreements, understandings or arrangements relating to such subject matter.
